Notes
Known Flaws: About a 20 second cut during 3rd verse of Scarlet.
Squeaking during Greatest Story and beginning of
Candyman are Weir having Guitar problems-not a recording flaw.
*I beleive this to be the best circulating copy of this show.
(although if someone wants to drop the board on me, I wouldn't
refuse;-)*

This is one of the last shows that I've "slept" out for tix... The L or the mescaline contributed to one of the most hearty and memorable nights to celebrate the coming spring GD shows.
This crew on the 5th of December... clocking in at 5 degrees, but might as well have been 72...
Still Rockin' for whatever form this energy takes!

Epic show from an epic tour! Played same (almost) dates in Spring 83/84. Coliseum just a memory now as it was demo'd a few years back.
Great ride on green gels, monster versions of Scarlet/Fire, Other One! (see also 6/27/83 for another drawn out noodley killer O.O.) NFA-everyone just going wild in the halls at that point .
Agree w/ taper, great capture/quality AUD. S/F and Other One were exceptionally well played in 83. Super special memory. Thanks again Boys!

A very nice first set, apart from a slightly flubby Music.
Tape needs some EQing...but it's better than a freakin' board!?! Forget boards. They're almost never better than OK at best...well, Miller remixes and so forth excepted I suppose...
Great Scarlet/Fire. Lost/Saint is kind of a fuster cluck, with many missed changes, but at least the peak of Saint is awesomely executed. Kind of a cool Drums/Space! Other One starts off kinda aimless, but once it gets going it's fantastic, and everything from there thru Not Fade is excellent too.
